Template Download Error Word

I am unable to download any MS office 2007 templates. I have MS Office 2007 student applications media installed. Ashta chamma serial songs download. • Microsoft Word 2010 Template Download Error

When I try to download template in word/powerpoint/excel, it always gives me error:
Template Download Error
The template cannot be downloaded. To fix this problem, do the following:

• Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.
• Make sure your browser is not in offline mode.
• Try to download the template again later.

Microsoft Word 2010 Template Download Error

I have tried all the suggestions and I even took several step further trying to figure the problem, I draw several assumptions on the cause of problems.
Potential cause of problem:
1) Firewall
2) Browser Settings
3) Updates
For point 1) firewall, I figured some would say might be to do with firewall settings so I completely disabled my firewall and I was greeted with the same error again.
As for point 2), on default I use firefox as my primary browser but I figure maybe its a firefox compatilbilty problem, so I changed to IE9 to see if the problem presist. Guess what? the error showed itself again if not I probably wouldn't be here.
and point 3), I also checked all available updates for both Windows 7 and office and there was nothing available.
I even took another step (more than several steps by now) further to try to repair my office 2010 with the office installer, yet the error prevailed,
At this point I am not too sure what is the problem anymore. I would appreciate if any technical support could help to verify the problem. At this point, some support might suggest that I could download it from the microsoft template website. I would appreciate if I don't get a second best option, I want my product to work as it is intented to.
Quick note, I bought windows 7 and office in family pack, the strange thing is my partner who installed the same office, same anti-virus software, same internet connection and same almost everything managed to download templates without error prompts. I mean what is this? this is somewhat reidiculous to me.
I am sorry if I sounded rude or offensive, it was not my intention to do so. Clearly I am just frustrated as a customer who purchased Microsoft products and not able to utilise it funtionality to the fullest. I hope you would understand and look at it from my prespective. I have read many solutions before posting this question, I have seen numerous suggestion for office 2007 to install the SP2, but nothing concerete to fix 2010 problem!
